ESTELLE Website Illustrations

Estelle invited me to create a series of illustrations for their website, covering all three houses: Estelle Manor in Oxfordshire, Maison Estelle in Mayfair and Celeste in Notting Hill.

There was a clear brief and I painted to it. One image brings all three buildings together into a single landscape, which was a lovely one to paint. From there the paintings move inside and out again, through the grounds and the experiences the houses are built around.

My favourite part was letting nature into the rooms — every interior is framed by hand-painted foliage and flowers creeping in at the edges, with a goldfinch, a blue tit and a kestrel passing through the botanical panel.
